I dragged myself out of bed to the Urgent Care this evening.
And it's a good thing I was not in need of any urgent care.
Because when Jimmy John's delivered the subs, the only thing urgent going on was the eating being done by the medical professionals.
Some four hours later, and with a hankering for a sub sandwich, I'm home. With a sore hip from the injection of the antibiotics and a little bit more Codeine to add to my stash.
Is it wrong to love Codeine?
Because if loving it is wrong, I don't want to be right.

Ack! Stuck in the emergency room (as we call it in ON) sucks! Hope the shot works its magic - if not, then the codeine definitely will.
Oh, and I wanted to personally let you know that Nicole had her baby. As did Christina, Colette and countless other celebrities this last week, apparently. :)

I really hope you feel better soon! I was better yesterday -- or so I thought -- but this morning, I've had a relapse. It's not as bad as I had it on Friday though, cuz I'm here, reading blogs and such! Oh, and I'm dressed too!!
I'll leave the codeine for you -- that stuff would just add to my current issues....

Codeine is a necessary evil!!
Codeine induced rest is where it's AT. I mean I think.....er.... so I hear.
It is DEFINITELY not wrong to love the Codeine. I've got my own personal stash that I hoard every year come cough season. That stuff is GOLD, I tell you.

The ER in question must have started with an S. I was holed up in there for hours one time, and they had a gruesome cable movie on the tv in there on a Saturday morning. Hope you are feeling better.
