Sadly, it rained here yet again today. I am no longer crabby about it, but resigned to it. It is supposed to continue for the rest of the week. Indoors is not exactly the way I wanted to spend the last week of summer vacation with the kids, but it is the hand we've been dealt, and we'll make the most of it. We've made plans to go to a local children's museum tomorrow with some friends, so we are looking forward to getting out of the house and having some fun!
I feel like after two days of posting about the rain, I should have a witty comment about something to do with an ark and gathering up the animals, but what can I say....I have been with my kids in this house for so many days that my brain cells have no wit left in them.
