Just to answer a couple questions about this photo,
I edited using Picasa. It was a color picture, and after I zoomed and cropped the crowd out, I made it a focal black and white. Then I adjusted the size to bring the black and white in to everything except the blue W. The only other thing I did then was add some soft focus to the black and white areas, while sharpening the W in order to further emphasize the color of the W.
This picture was taken in Cincinnati, OH at a Cubs/Reds baseball game. Whenever the Cubs win a game, it is a tradition at Wrigley Field to fly the white W flag. My girls had this flag with them at the game and when they were leaving the ballpark, they found a lot of Cub fans celebrating in the streets so they decided to join in by parading the Win flag around.
